Maja Cvetanoska was born and lives in Skopje. Her educational background is in Psychology, Peace building and Communication and her professional experience is spreading across different areas, with the education being the connecting element. With primary interest in children’s well being she started her career path while she was a university student, volunteering for two years on a UNICEF supported Psycho-social intervention program for the refugee children from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Following experiences were in the fields of formal and non-formal preschool education, both in public and private sector, Children’s rights programs, Human rights, Conflict resolution and Inter-ethnic communication. The last 10 years she has been leading the Monitoring and evaluation component in three USAID supported Projects in the fields of primary and secondary education.
The interest in one’s personal growth remains to be her pivotal motivational force leading her from an experiential training in Gestalt therapy to Yoga practicing and instructing. In her free time she does biking, mountaineering, arts and crafts.

Ana Corbeska Tanevska
Finance and Admin Manager
. Ana Corbeska- Tanevska was born and educated in Skopje. Her experience in finance and administration is broad as it consists of basic bookkeeping to managing multi-country financial processes and various donors’ projects. Ana has been previously working for international NGOs and had the opportunity to train and mentor staff from various countries and also to contribute to creation of regional finance procedures and processes. She has solid knowledge of US Government rules and regulations. Ana is interested in audits and tools for improving management quality. One of Ana’s long-term goals is to contribute to improvement of Civil Society organizations financial management in Macedonia.
Ana is mother of two that enjoys spending her time with family and friends. Ana loves to read and draw in free time. Traveling, especially distant travels are Ana’s passion.

Natasha Alabakovska Apchevska
Natasha Alabakovska Apchevska was born and lives in Bitola. She graduated at The Pedagogy Faculty in Bitola and masters in Management of Human Resources at The Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research (ISPPI) in Skopje. She has huge experience in the non-governmental sector, as well as in national and international organizations. With primary interest in children’s well being she started her career path as Creativity and Youth Program Educator in “Vavilon” Center in Bitola. She was also working as Primary School Teacher in few Secondary Schools in Bitola.
Responsible for leading and implementation of many projects, she was working as Regional Coordinator on USAID’s E-school Project, Team Leader on the cross border EU funded project, and as a part of IOM Skopje, she was responsible about the managing of Migrant Service Centre, Implementation of Economic & Social stabilization Program for Vulnerable Social Groups, Implementation of the Program for Preventing Human Trafficking trough the Enhancement of Labour Skills etc.
The past 5 years she was working as Regional Coordinator for Bitola and Prilep on USAID’s Youth Employability Skills Network (YES) Project. During this project she was also certified as Trainer about the Work Readiness Skills Program.

Sofija Basmadzieva Zezelj
Communications and Logistics Coordinator
Sofija Basmadzieva Zezelj is born and lives in Skopje. She is a graduate from the Faculty of Philology in Skopje with English Language and Literature as a major subject. Her next choice for education was the MBA studies in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resource Management. She is currently working on her master thesis in the field of HR. Her professional experience started in the business sector where she worked in different fields for over 10 years. For the last 5 years she was a part of the USAID YES Network Project Team as an Office and Information Manager. Her main fields of work are office administration, logistics and procurement. Apart from her main focus, in the last couple of years she has been also working and training in the fields of Safety and Security and also Communication.
Most of her free time is divided between a great book and a great movie. She also loves Jazz music.
